Research
Every listing includes our inspection report, damage photos, HPI result and DVLA & MOT history. Read them before you bid — they form part of the description of the car.
Bid
Place a single bid or set a maximum and let proxy bidding raise your bid only as needed. Where shown, use Buy It Now to secure the car instantly or make an offer for our team to review.
Win
If you are the highest bidder when the timer ends and the reserve is met, you have won. If the reserve is not met, we may still offer you the car at your highest bid.
Invoice
Our team confirms the sale and emails your invoice showing the hammer price, buyer’s premium, any delivery charge and VAT.
Pay
Pay the invoice total by bank transfer within 48 hours using the reference shown. Upload your payment confirmation in your account to speed things up.
Drive
Book a collection slot and bring photo ID, or choose door-to-door delivery anywhere in mainland UK. The V5C, keys and any service records come with the car.

Enter the most you are willing to pay. We bid on your behalf, one increment at a time, only as far as needed to keep you in the lead. Your maximum is never shown to anyone.
Any bid placed in the final 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes, so every bidder gets a fair chance to respond.
Some cars have a confidential reserve. The listing shows whether the reserve has been met. If it is not met, we may offer the car to the highest bidder.
Where a Buy It Now price is shown you can secure the car instantly. The option disappears once bidding reaches 90% of the Buy It Now price.
On eligible cars you can make an offer. Our team can accept, decline or counter it — you will hear back by email.
Every bid is an offer to buy. Please read the inspection report and fees before bidding — bids cannot normally be withdrawn.
No hidden extras. Registering and bidding are free; you only pay fees when you buy.

You enter your maximum bid and we automatically bid on your behalf in the smallest increments needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum. Other bidders only ever see the current price.
Any bid placed in the final 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes. The auction only ends when there have been no bids for the extension period.
Bids are binding offers to buy. In exceptional cases — for example an obvious typing error — contact us immediately and we will review it, but retractions are not guaranteed.
The seller has set a confidential minimum price that bidding has not yet reached. If the auction ends below the reserve, we may offer the car to the highest bidder at their bid.
A fee of 5% of the winning price (minimum £250) plus VAT. It is calculated and shown on every listing before you bid.
Once we approve your purchase, we email your invoice with our bank details and a unique reference. Pay by bank transfer within 48 hours.
We accept bank transfer only, which keeps fees low for everyone. You are welcome to arrange your own finance or loan before bidding.
Yes. Every purchase comes with an itemised invoice. Trade buyers receive a VAT invoice showing our VAT number.
Exterior and bodywork, interior, electrics and equipment, engine and mechanicals, a road test where possible, the underside and tyres — with an overall grade from 1 (excellent) to 5 (poor).
Yes. Each listing shows whether the car has outstanding finance, is recorded as stolen, written off or scrapped, and whether any mileage discrepancy has been found.
Viewings can be arranged by appointment on many lots. Contact us with the lot reference and we will confirm availability.
As soon as your payment has cleared we will invite you to book a collection slot. Bring photo ID matching your account.
Yes, we offer door-to-door delivery across mainland UK. Choose delivery when you win, or ask us for a quote before you bid.
Your invoice, the V5C (logbook) to register in your name, all available keys and any service history we hold for the car.
