Using the platform fairly
You agree not to:
- bid on your own vehicles, bid on behalf of a seller, or otherwise artificially inflate prices (shill bidding);
- collude with other bidders to suppress prices;
- place bids you do not intend or are not able to honour;
- open more than one account or share your account with others;
- scrape, copy or republish listings, photos or inspection reports without our written permission;
- attempt to interfere with the website, its security or other users' accounts;
- upload anything unlawful, misleading or offensive, including in enquiries and payment documents.
What we may do
We may remove content, cancel bids, restrict or close accounts and report matters to the police or other authorities where we reasonably believe this policy has been broken.
