Each vehicle is sold on the information, photographs, inspection report and documents in its listing. Study them before you bid — they are your description of the car, and every bid is binding.

Viewing and collection by appointment only
There are no walk-in or pre-auction viewings. You see the vehicle at your appointment, when you view it and collect it (or have it removed / delivered).

Pay first — then we book your appointment
Once you win, you complete payment first. As soon as it has cleared we arrange your viewing / collection appointment and release the vehicle, keys and documents to you.

What is covered

What will I pay?
The price you bid is the hammer price. On top, a buyer's premium of 5% (minimum £250) applies.
VAT at 20% is charged on the fees only — vehicles are sold under the margin scheme.
No payment is taken online. After an auction win we review the purchase and email your invoice — pay by bank within 24 hours. Delivery is quoted separately if you need it.
Enter a bid of at least the minimum shown, or set a maximum bid and we will bid for you one increment at a time, only as much as needed to keep you in the lead. The highest bid when the clock reaches zero wins, provided the reserve price has been met.
What happens if someone bids in the final minutes?
Any bid placed in the last 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes, so everyone has a fair chance to respond — there is no last-second sniping.
Can I view or test drive the vehicle before I bid?
No. Because these are repossessed vehicles held for the lender, there are no pre-auction viewings or test drives. Each vehicle is sold on its listing — the photographs, the inspection report (with a road test where the car is driveable), the HPI result, MOT history and documents. Read them carefully, and ask us anything before you bid.
Why do I have to pay before the viewing / collection appointment?
Repossessed stock is held securely for the lender until it is paid for. Paying first means the vehicle, keys and documents can be released to you at a single, controlled handover — it is the standard process for repossessed vehicle sales and keeps every sale secure.
When can I see and collect the vehicle?
As soon as your payment has cleared, we contact you to arrange an appointment to view and collect it, or to book delivery. Viewing and collection are by appointment only — please do not turn up without one.
What happens if I win but decide not to go ahead?
Bids are binding, so please only bid if you intend to buy. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours, the sale lapses, and the account can be suspended from bidding.
Is the vehicle sold “as seen”?
It is sold on the information in its listing — photographs, inspection report, condition grade, HPI result and documents — which together describe the vehicle. If you find something at your appointment that is materially different from that description, tell our team straight away. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How much will I pay in total?
The winning bid plus a buyer’s premium of 5% (minimum £250) plus VAT on the fee, and delivery if you choose it. The full breakdown is shown before you confirm any bid and again on your invoice.
Which documents come with the vehicle?
The V5C (logbook) so you can register it in your name, the keys that came with the vehicle, and any service history held. Anything we know is missing — for example a second key — is noted in the listing. Everything is handed over at your appointment once payment has cleared.
Can someone else collect the vehicle for me?
Please tell us in advance when you book the appointment. Whoever collects must bring photo ID, and we may need to confirm the details with you before the vehicle and documents are released.
Does this car come with a warranty?
Yes. It comes with our own 30-day / 1,000-mile warranty covering qualifying mechanical and electrical components — engine, gearbox, turbo, cooling, fuel system, steering and electrics — up to £5,000 per claim with no excess. It starts on the day you collect or receive the car, and your statutory rights are not affected.
What if the reserve is not met?
If bidding ends below the seller’s reserve, the highest bidder is not obliged to buy. We email them the reserve price and they have 48 hours to make a second-chance offer, anywhere from above their bid up to the reserve. If our team accepts it, the car is theirs and the invoice follows straight away.

Damage caused by an accident, misuse, neglect, overheating, lack of oil or coolant, frost or flood, or by continuing to drive after a fault or warning light appeared.
High-voltage traction batteries, inverters and charging equipment on hybrid and electric vehicles.
